There is no doubt that Dillon Brooks was the best player the Phoenix Suns had at their disposal during their sweep at the hands of the Oklahoma City Thunder.
He set the tone defensively and was somehow the most clutch player that the Suns had on their roster throughout the series as well.
Brooks jokingly preparing for Game 5 that will never happen
The Suns had exit interviews with the media ahead of the offseason, and Grayson Allen had a throwaway comment about Brooks that only the Canadian international could get away with.
"Like we have another game tomorrow."

Grayson Allen said Dillon Brooks was showing guys clips from Game 4 after the game. #Suns #ThunderUp
At a time when everybody is winding down (Brooks himself said he Bahamas), of course he would be showing his teammates footage from a game they would rather forget.
Not because they played badly, it was probably their most complete performance of the series as they went down swinging, but because it would only highlight how far away from the Thunder they are.
It is unclear what way Allen meant this comment, was it a joke like you would expect or was he actually annoyed film was being broken out when the team was officially off the clock?
Either way you should expect nothing less from Brooks, who in one season has become such a fan favorite in The Valley.
There was likely a bit of humor and seriousness to the film review, because Brooks has been able to tow that line from the minute he arrived.
He would also go on to make a DUI reference during his own interview, and in the past he has said he completely understood being traded for Kevin Durant. Not sure the Houston Rockets fans agree with that anymore though.
Point is he is self-aware, but he uses that to mask some of his intensity which he then uses to drive his teammates on. That's what this surprise video review feels like.
It is Brooks' way of saying that the hard work will start once again when they all get back together, if not before then during the offseason.
Not that Allen is guaranteed to be around when that happens, his future with the organization less certain as they enter a summer in which changes need to be made to improve.
Dillon Brooks better never stop being who he is though, because it is moments like this that brought so much to the Suns' campaign, and the hope is that the best is yet to come.
