Last night's double-overtime victory for the Phoenix Suns over the Orlando Magic came at a heavy cost, with Dillon Brooks fracturing his left hand in the process.
This group has always had a next man up mentality however, and Grayson Allen will fill in admirably in the absence of Brooks. Only he too may not be available for the visit of the Portland Trail Blazers.
Suns may be missing up to seven players for next game
That's because the latest injury report out of The Valley ahead of their game versus Portland has the team possibly missing a whopping seven players, and Allen is far from the only name on the list.

OUT: Devin Booker (right hip strain), Dillon Brooks (left hand fracture), Jordan Goodwin (left calf strain) Haywood Highsmith (right knee injury management) and Cole Anthony (not with team).
QUESTIONABLE: Jalen Green (right hamstring injury… pic.twitter.com/AtA9S71kLG
Allen (knee) and Jalen Green (hamstring) are both questionable as they manage their various ailments on the second night of a back-to-back, although the fact Green is there at all is disappointing.
This is his opportunity with others out to prove just how valuable he is going to be to Phoenix over the coming months as they chase the playoffs.
It gets worse though, with Devin Booker again missing out due to a right hip issue. It shouldn't keep him out long, but with every game counting they need him back on the court ASAP.
Cole Anthony is not with the team and never will be, so there are no surprises there. Likewise with new addition Haywood Highsmith, he joined the organization with an existing knee issue.
Seeing Jordan Goodwin miss out with a left calf strain is unfortunate though, given he would have received even more minutes in the potential absence of Allen and Green, plus Booker and Brooks.
The injury report just has not been the Suns' friend this season, although so many players in street clothes does present an opportunity for three guys on this roster.
Center Mark Williams will get more minutes and touches offensively, and he's already having a career year and looking to get paid. Don't be surprised to see him dominate.
Collin Gillespie is another who continues to take every chance that he can and has rarely let the team down this season. He will have even more responsibility to get the offense into their sets.
Then there is Jamaree Bouyea (the new Gillespie in The Valley), who will definitely get most of Goodwin's minutes and who has finally found a home in the league.
It still hurts to be down as many bodies as they have been all season coming out of the All-Star break, but the Suns aren't going to make excuses.
