The Phoenix Suns are sitting at 19-13 and hold the joint-longest win streak in the Western Conference (alongside the L.A. Clippers of all teams) with four wins.
Although their schedule has eased up some, Jose Alvarado did his best to disrupt the Suns during their recent back-to-back victories over his New Orleans Pelicans.
Mark Williams returns after one game suspension
He was successful in mixing it up with center Mark Williams, causing the 24-year-old to miss the win over the Washington Wizards, but he will be back for the meeting with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Although the suspension itself was ridiculous, it came at the best time for both player and team. The Wizards among the most ideal opponents to play, even if it was away from home, when missing one of your key players.

Williams remember had a monster 24 point and 13 rebound performance in that first win over the Pelicans, which likely caused Alvarado to get into it with him in the first place.
He has been one of the surprise packages of the season, continuing to vindicate the organization for trading a pair of first round picks to acquire him.
The Suns will reach a point next summer when they have to let some guys go that they would love to keep, but Williams is not going to be a part of that group.
Instead he will receive an extension on his rookie deal, and another positive showing against the Cavaliers would go some way to determining how big that next contract is.
Prior to being forced to sit the former Charlotte Hornet was also appearing in his first back-to-back of the season, and although it didn't end the way he would have liked, this was a massive boost for the Suns.
Williams missed all of preseason and was being brought along carefully by the team, but has now been judged to be capable of appearing in consecutive nights.
With Jalen Green yet to return from his own hamstring issue and Grayson Allen continuing to rehab a knee issue, the importance of having Williams available once more has never been greater.
Win this one in Cleveland, and the Suns will have reached the 20 win mark before the start of the New Year. Not bad for a team that many expected to struggle to get to that mark across the entire campaign, and with Williams back the best is surely yet to come this season.
