The Phoenix Suns' decision to part ways with Kevin Durant this offseason felt like a long time coming, and they now have a remade roster around Devin Booker. Jalen Green and Dillon Brooks - the two players the Houston Rockets gave up to acquire Durant - are now integral to that, and they give the Suns more depth and options on both sides of the court next season.

Green in particular looks like he has found the perfect location to revive his faltering career, although the fit next to Booker will need some work. Talk of the 23-year-old playing some minutes at the point guard position is worrying, but the alternative of Booker doing the same isn't much more appealing.

Green's availability will be massive to the Suns next season.

One seriously underrated aspect of adding Green to the roster in Phoenix that is not getting nearly enough attention, is the fact he does not miss games. He played in all 82 regular season games across the last two seasons, and was also involved in all seven games of their playoff series defeat to the Golden State Warriors.

One of the key areas the Suns have struggled with in recent seasons has been with players getting injured, but Green might just have changed all of that. It is almost ironic that Bradley Beal - who spent a lot of time on the treatment table in The Valley - also had a number of seasons in which he didn't miss a single regular season game, but that all went out the window quickly in Phoenix.

He arrived to the Suns in the middle of his prime and with a lot of miles on his body, but the same is not true of Green as he is almost a decade younger. For the Suns to be getting a shooting guard who can take Beal's place - but also most likely remain a lot more healthy in the process - is a huge win for the organization.

This will also take some of the pressure off Booker to do it all offensively each night, and the fact he averaged 21 points per game while playing as much as he did last season is another boost. Defensively there will be growing pains, but Green wasn't brought to The Valley to be a lockdown defender. That's why Brooks came with him.

The franchise built their last attempt at a contender around older players and creaking bodies, but that approach has clearly been thrown out. To have a young and exciting player who is likely to be available most nights is exactly what this fanbase needs in order to get behind the team again, and Green bringing that is an underrated win for the Suns.
