A full and healthy Suns team is a dangerous team

It is safe to say that due to the Deandre Ayton suspension, multiple injuries and unfortunate illnesses throughout the year, that Suns have had very little games where everyone is not only available but at 100 percent.

In the few games where that has been the case, the Suns have looked to be a team that deserves respect from the rest of the league and could fight, if not, get a playoff spot.

In fact, once the finishing five combination of Rubio, Booker, Oubre, Bridges, and Ayton was solidified, the team looked like the best version of itself. Bench scoring was an issue, but if this lineup were on the court the majority of the game, they can stand toe-to-toe with the best in the league.

All of those players are still under contract for the Suns, so unless they make a trade, that core will be back again next season.

If the Suns don’t make any major moves this offseason and just keep this core lineup with some roster additions that would help produce more bench scoring, this team could be dangerous based on the small sample size we saw this season.
