5 Low Key Highlights from Phoenix Suns Media Day

The Suns are really pushing their new orange jerseys. Like, really, really trying to make them a big thing. After days of constant promotion, including a Bill Nye style science experiment on steroids that required participants to dress like they worked at the Chernobyl power plant, the Suns released their new alternate jerseys into the wild.

This new minimalistic look appears to be something Apple would design. It is simple and speaks with a logo, not words.

Of course, a lot of people actually like words. And hate Apple.

Anytime a team unveils a new jersey, predictably strong opinions emerge. There are typically three categories of new jersey opinion-havers: Those that love them, those that hate them, and those that don’t understand why the team isn’t still wearing the same jerseys they wore in the 1970s.
