During the third week of November the Phoenix Suns had a spark plug come off the bench in Troy Daniels, which helped the team win two out of three contest.
Troy Daniels was brought in, via trade with the Memphis Grizzlies, to help the Phoenix Suns‘ decimated depth at shooting guard once both Brandon Knight and Davon Reed were sidelined for long periods of time. Daniels’ proving to be more than just a patch to temporarily fix the depth chart. If his solid play continues for the rest the season, there’s little doubt he will be with the team long term. This past week, Daniels did a lot in cementing his place in the Suns’ future with his excellent play and won this week’s player of the week.

For the week, Daniels averaged 15.7 points, 2.7 rebounds, one assists and 0.3 steals per game. While his averages may not be the most eye popping numbers, he is showing to be one of the go to guys in the second unit and really provided stability as a backup to Devin Booker. Agree or disagree?
