Brawadis joined us on Valley of the Suns Live! Weekly Edition

This week host Adam Maynes was joined by YouTube superstar and Phoenix Suns superfan Brandon Awadis (you can find him on both YouTube and Twitter at @brawadis), a San Diego native with a huge love for everything Phoenix Suns.

This broadcast centered mostly around the separation of the Suns and Eric Bledsoe following Bledsoe’s now infamous “I don’t wanna be here” tweet.

Both Brandon and I agreed that we wished that there could have been some reconciliation between the two initially as to allow Bled to continue to play with his teammates while also keeping his trade value as high as possible. With Bledsoe sitting out and not participating in any team activities, his position on the roster is not only unfilled, but his value has conceivably dropped considering that the franchise is in a position where they have zero choice other than to trade him.

We also discussed how the team has responded after the hiring of Jay Triano following the firing of Earl Watson. There is no doubt that on the court the team has reacted in a way that no one could have predicted. They are finally fun to watch again, and Brandon and I agree that this is the most fun we’ve had in watching the Suns in some time.
