Are you still not joining us for Valley of the Suns Live! every Monday at 6pm AZ on Twitter, Periscope, and YouTube?! Well then you missed out on the best Rant in Valley of the Suns history last night!

Thank goodness we love you because we’ve got your complete show recap right here so you don’t have to miss out on any of the fun that we had and in depth conversations regarding the recent firing or Earl Watson, the quasi-trade demand of Eric Bledsoe, and new rotations by Interim Head Coach Jay Triano.

Without giving too much away (because I want you to enjoy the episode in all it’s grander and glory) the situation surrounding Eric Bledsoe’s trade demand has really upset me and should upset you too. There is fault on both sides and while it’s hard to put too much blame on Suns management for the situation arising, there is blame on them for how it was handled.

You will not find a happier Suns fan than myself with the Earl Watson firing. The pleasant emotion felt when reciving the news that the Suns were finally getting back on the right track with interim Head Coach Jay Triano who will place an emphasis on X’s and O’s versus psychological wizardry, is a godsend to both the young team, and the fans.

Jay Triano might be the best coach the Suns have employed since Alvin Gentry, but he also might not be the best fit for the future. We will certainly have to see over the next 78 games whether he is the long-term leader on the sidelines or not, but regardless, Ryan McDonough must do his due diligence and decide who else might be available and best suited to caretake the sideline duties for the franchise.

Next: Eric Bledsoe's Trade Demand is not the Worst thing for the Suns

If it is to be someone other than Jay, there is one name that I argue may have already been reached out to (although it has been reported that there has been no contact – check @valleyofthesuns for that re-tweet of Scott Bordow’s explanation), and may be the only  name that would not only provide the players with the appropriate level of guidance to develop and strategy to win, but re-brand the franchise in a way that only a local hero  could do.

Check out this week’s episode and then we’ll see you next week!
