Let’s not beat around the bush: Patrick Beverley is obnoxious. Beverley is the type of player who you love to have on your team, but absolutely hate to play against. He is the loud, abrasive guy who talks the talk, all while somehow managing to still walk the walk.

Coming in as part of the Chris Paul trade, a large part of Patrick Beverley’s duties will be to replace as much of CP3’s production as possible. Don’t expect Bev to be entirely successful, however…

Replacing a star point guard is certainly not easy. Just ask the 12-13 Suns, the team that had to deal with replacing Steve Nash after losing him in a trade to the Los Angeles Lakers.

Just how well will Beverley be able to replace Chris Paul? We are just going to have to wait and see.
