3. Make The All-Star Team
In the broader context of the season, making the All-Star team probably doesn’t rank very high on Bledsoe’s list of goals for 2015-16. But since three-point shooting and vocal leadership don’t just evolve overnight, making the All-Star team would certainly be a step in the right direction for Bledsoe and the franchise in general.

For one thing, Bledsoe would become the first Sun to make the All-Star team since Steve Nash in 2011-12 (though Dragic definitely should’ve made it over Tony Parker in 2013-14). But more importantly, an All-Star appearance for Bledsoe would mean he’d have to be in the middle of quite an impressive season, because it’d take the recognition of the coaches around the league to get him on the All-Star roster.
Since the starting five is voted in by the fans, the rest of the team is rounded out based on coaches’ votes. For Bledsoe to get voted in, he’d have to be in the middle of one heck of a season, which could only be good news for the Phoenix Suns…and maybe even their appeal to free agents next summer.
Bledsoe is seen league-wide as a great player who may never ascend into the elite category. As trivial as it may seem, making the All-Star team might help him change that public perception.
