Though some of Wednesday’s batch will have a hard time getting drafted after underwhelming final seasons in college, the Suns still got an extended look at recognizable names like Wisconsin’s Sam Dekker, Arizona’s Brandon Ashley and Syracuse’s Rakeem Christmas.
West Virginia’s Juwan Staten, Colorado State’s Daniel Bejarano and Arizona State’s Bo Barnes rounded out the group.
Dekker was the highest profile prospect on display as a potential option for the Suns’ first round pick (No. 13), while Ashley and Christmas could be second round options if they’re still available when Phoenix is on the clock at No. 44.
Here’s a recap of Day 7 of pre-draft workouts and how these prospects might fit in with the Suns.
