1. Maximize the offense for the team

It's a fact that Bud is from the Gregg Popovich coaching tree. This was shown during his stint with the Bucks where he maximized the offense with what he had. He focuses on a five-out offense, which could benefit the stars. Having all five of the players outside the three-point line is something that worked well for him and the Bucks in 2022.

Milwaukee had Brook Lopez, a big man who's now known as a sniper from long range. Despite having Giannis Antetokounmpo, in the lineup, he still commanded the defense's attention on most nights. This time, it'll be more effective as they have three phenomenal scorers in Booker, Durant and Beal.

The 2022 champion focuses on making shots from beyond the arc. Since he started his head coaching journey during the 2013-14 season, his teams have finished in the top 10 when it comes to knocking down the threes. The only time his team (which was the Atlanta Hawks at that time) didn't make the top 10 was in 2015 when they finished 15th.

Having three elite scorers will amplify the Suns' three-point focus next season. While the team finished fifth in the league in three-point efficiency, it could increase under Budenholzer next season.
