3. Drew Eubanks
Fans have been enamored by Drew Eubanks this season. He may not surprise everyone with a barrage of points off the bench, but he's shown his importance to the team. Eubanks came to Phoenix as part of the trade package for Nurkic this offseason. Not everyone thought he was a potential key to their 2023-24 campaign, but he presented how valuable he is this season.
The 6-foot-9 center is what teams need in their second unit. Eubanks is a hustle guy who doesn't want to yield to any challenge. He's averaging 6.7 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 1.1 blocks for his first year with the Suns. Numbers don't show how great of a player the center is on both ends. On defense, he's in the top ten when averaging the most blocks off the bench this season.
He isn't afraid to challenge each shot, which the team needs since Nurkic is primarily an offensive player. Eubanks' skills offensively on the post aren't sharp, but his aggressiveness when rolling to the rim has given the Suns different options.
These three players may not be the team's stars, but they've shown their value and will likely be a weapon for the Suns during crucial moments.
