The Portland Trail Blazers and Phoenix Suns square off in the group play stage of the NBA In-Season Tournament on Tuesday night.
Portland has been slowed by injuries this season, and the team is in a massive rebuild, sitting at 3-10 on the season.
Phoenix is just a game over .500, as the team has yet to play a single game with Bradley Beal, Devin Booker, and Kevin Durant all in the lineup.
Booker and Durant will play in this game, which gives the Suns a huge advantage, and they’re favored by 13 points on Tuesday.

Trail Blazers vs. Suns key players to watch
Portland Trail Blazers
Shaedon Sharpe: With so many key players banged up for the Blazers, second-year guard Shaedon Sharpe has been one of the lone bright spots for the team. This season, Sharpe is averaging 17.7 points per game, although he scored just seven in his last outing.
Phoenix Suns
Devin Booker: Since coming back from injury, Booker has been terrific for the Suns, posting 81 points, 13 rebounds and 28 assists over his last three games. The Suns need that production with Bradley Beal (back) out of the lineup. Booker could be in line for a big game on Tuesday night.
Trail Blazers vs. Suns prediction and pick
Portland is just 5-8 against the spread this season, and they’re down several rotation pieces at the moment – especially if Brogdon doesn’t suit up in this game.
Now, the Blazers have to go on the road against a Phoenix team that is desperate for a Group Play win after losing earlier in the In-Season Tournament to the Los Angeles Lakers.
I think the Suns are the team to bet given Portland’s lack of offensive talent (30th in offensive rating this season). That’s going to make it super tough for the Blazers to compete with an offense led by Durant and Booker.
The Suns have won four straight, and I’m willing to take a shot on them to cover the spread tonight.
