The Utah Jazz have a great group of guards fighting for minutes this season. One of those guards is Kris Dunn. The 6-foot-3 is slowly losing minutes against Collin Sexton, Jordan Clarkson, and Keyonte George. In their last game, against the Memphis Grizzlies, Dunn played 13 minutes off the bench and registered five points, a rebound, and three assists.

Dunn’s minutes this season have been inconsistent this season. He usually gets to play garbage minutes. The most minutes for him so far this season was against the Suns, where he played 20 minutes.

The former Providence point guard isn’t getting the proper minutes he deserves. He’s not a terrible player, as he’s shown signs of brilliance on the court before. Last season, he averaged 13.2 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 5.6 assists with the Jazz in 22 games of action.

Trading for him doesn’t mean he’ll leave a lasting impact in the game for the Suns, but he could command the offense when he’s on the court. Phoenix could try and trade for him in exchange for Nassir Little. The Jazz could also add Simone Fontecchio to the deal, adding another three-point threat for The Valley.
