The Phoenix Suns have moved from 5.5-point favorites to 8-point favorites on Tuesday night against the Brooklyn Nets, a major move with Devin Booker (probable, groin) expected to return to the lineup tonight.

I have a player prop for Booker in this game and another play for Deandre Ayton with the Suns expected to beat up on the shorthanded Nets.

Let’s jump into the picks:

Suns vs. Nets best NBA prop bets

  • Devin Booker OVER 20.5 Points
  • Deandre Ayton OVER 10.5 Rebounds

Devin Booker OVER 20.5 Points

Booker is expected to be on a minutes restriction tonight, but I still think he’s going to have a big game against the Nets, who are down several key players.

Brooklyn is on the second night of a back-to-back after allowing 124 points to the Los Angeles Clippers on Monday night.

On the season, DBook is averaging 27.1 points per game and taking 20.4 shots per game.

Even in a smaller role, he should push around 15 shots. I’d assume the Suns want him to get back in a rhythm, so I’ll take Booker to go OVER this points total as the focal point in the offense.

Deandre Ayton OVER 10.5 Rebounds

Deandre Ayton is averaging 10.2 rebounds per game this season, and he’s been dominant on the glass as of late, picking up double-digit boards in four of his last six games.

OVer his last 12 matchups, Ayton is averaging 12.4 rebounds per game and now he gets a Nets team that ranks dead last in the NBA in rebounding percentage.

I’d expect Ayton has one of his better rebounding games of the season against this Nets frontcourt.
