The Phoenix Suns and Dallas Mavericks are in primetime on Thursday night, which means it’s a perfect time to get in on the prop betting market.

I have three picks for this game, including a points prop for Mikal Bridges, who has been on fire for Phoenix.

Let’s jump into the picks:

Mavericks vs. Suns best NBA prop bets

  • Mikal Bridges OVER 17.5 Points
  • Torrey Craig OVER 0.5 Turnovers
  • Dorian Finney-Smith OVER 1.5 3-Pointers Made

Mikal Bridges OVER 17.5 Points

Mikal Bridges has cleared 17.5 points in six straight games and seven of his last eight, making him a solid prop play at even money on Thursday.

The Mavericks are struggling defensively, ranking 29th in the league in defensive rating over their last 10 contests, so Bridges should take advantage of an increased role with Devin Booker out.

Over his last eight games, Bridges’ usage has been insane. He’s taking 16.6 shots per game over that stretch, putting up at least 20 points in six games. Go OVER with his prop here.

Torrey Craig OVER 0.5 Turnovers

Torrey Craig is playing big minutes for the Suns, averaging 27.2 minutes per game over his last 16 games, and he’s turned over the ball over in eight of his last 10.

This handicap is pretty simple, as we’re just basing off of recent results, and Craig is averaging nearly a turnover per game (0.9) on the season.

This is a prop that may fly under the radar on Thursday.

Dorian Finney-Smith OVER 1.5 3-Pointers Made

Dorian Finney-Smith has been hot from deep, hitting multiple 3-pointers in three of his four games since returning from injury.

If Christian Wood (thumb) ends up missing this game, DFS, Tim Hardaway Jr. and Spencer Dinwiddie are going to have to step up to score the ball.

DFS should play a lot since he’s the team’s best perimeter defender, so I like him to continue this strong shooting from 3, especially since he’s taken 19 in his last four games.
