6. Josh Okogie

Moved freely despite being listed as probable with the hamstring issue. His defensive attributes are elite, showcased in a play against a driving De’Aaron Fox where he moved his feet, kept in front of him, then used his quick hands to force a tie-up.

A transition dunk in the second quarter was a perfect illustration of what he needs to do offensively, while his lack of shot attempts (three) should be regarded as a positive. Only major issue was again the turnovers, another three adding to the four he had against the Nuggets on Monday.

5. Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot 

Solid but not spectacular enough to force the front office’s hand with that 15th roster spot. With the Suns missing almost all their offensive talent, the Frenchman needed to light up with a 15-20 point display.

That failed to come, recording just nine points on 3-for-8 shooting and 1-for-4 from three-point range. He has the physical tools but just doesn’t do enough on either end to be an NBA rotation player.

4. Saben Lee

Certainly provided a boost when brought on in the second half, something that can’t be understated given he’s been on the team for just 24 hours. Nine points and three assists in his 14 minutes, while he joined Craig as the only player not to record a turnover.

There were some positives there but suspect it won’t be enough to warrant further time with the organization. With the emergence of Washington on a two-way contract, he’d be nothing more than a fourth-string point-guard. Expect him to be waived in the next 72 hours.
