Phoenix Suns vs Brooklyn Nets – Nov. 27th, 2021

Roughly one month and 15-straight wins following the Cleveland game, the Suns visited the Barclays Center on a back-to-back to face the top-seeded Brooklyn Nets after easily dispatching the New York Knicks a day earlier.

The Suns started the game on fire, outscoring their hosts 34-20 in the first period. Booker continued his high caliber first-quarter scoring by almost beating the Nets in that first period all by himself, coming through with 16 points.

After the Nets slightly cut the lead right before halftime, the Suns made a statement in the third quarter, where Paul and Booker decimated Brooklyn’s drop coverage, combining for 19 points on 8-12 shooting.

Despite another Brooklyn rally in the final period, Phoenix held on to secure their biggest win of the season by that point. Aside from their All-Star guards, Bridges enjoyed a night to remember as well, grabbing seven steals while playing brilliant defense on James Harden.
