Suns vs Spurs Prediction
The Suns are absolutely rolling. Over their last 15 games, the Suns lead the NBA in offensive rating and rank 5th in defensive rating. With Devin Booker averaging 28.5 points, 6.3 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game during that stretch, Phoenix looks like the best team in the league.
Now they face a Spurs team that’ll be missing Dejounte Murray, Derrick White and Jakob Poeltl. Even with those three, the Suns beat the Spurs by 14 two weeks ago on the road. I expect this one to get ugly fast and should be a blowout as Phoenix gets to flex their muscles at home.
The Spurs just don’t have the manpower to keep up. Without their best player in Murray, they have no one who can put penetrate the Suns’ defense or anyone who can stop Booker and Chris Paul.
