Phoenix Suns Shooting Guards

Last season, the Suns carried no shooting guards other than Devin Booker on their roster. With Booker’s greatness, they got away with it, but this offseason they slightly beefed things up.

Rotation:

  1. Devin Booker
  2. Landry Shamet

As a potential MVP candidate for 2021-22 season, Devin Booker poises to carry the scoring load for the Suns once again this season. Also entering his prime, he likely puts on an absolute show. Just sit back and enjoy watching this future Hall of Famer as he continues to climb up the NBA’s superstar ladder.

Coming over from Brooklyn, Landry Shamet works mainly as a sharpshooter, but also moves well as a transition gunner. He looked solid during Phoenix’s most recent preseason game against the Los Angeles Lakers, illustrating his above average passing abilities. But still, his 3-point shooting comes as his most deadly attribute. He contributed eight games with four or more triples last year, clearly able to change a contest within a moment’s notice.
