Phoenix Suns Players Ranked Offensively: Basement Tier

 #13 Chasson Randle

Playing over 20 minutes per game for the Orlando Magic last year, Chasson Randle’s signing time does not exactly do him proper credit. He averaged 6.5 points per game, and shot a modest 33.8 percent from deep. Randle still lacks any real offensive firepower, but do not mistake him for a dud.

#14 Elfird Payton

Look away from Elfrid Payton‘s 10.1 points per game last year…look far away. With this “prodigal Sun” formerly starting for the New York Knicks, his high volume of shots alone lead to his double digit scoring output, rather than any offensive prowess. In actuality, Payton embodied one of the worst offensive NBA players last year, putting up the lowest true shooting percentage on a Knicks team that ranked in the bottom 10 for that same stat. He shot a gruesome 28.6 percent from outside, but kept shooting for whatever reason, averaging 1.6 attempts per game. Only his career 6.2 assists per contest saves him from this list’s bottom spot.

#15 Chandler Hutchison

Never playing more than 28 games during a season after his rookie campaign, Chandler Hutchison works as a final spot filler for this team. He averaged 4.3 points per game last season with both the Chicago Bulls and Washington Wizards. At only 25 years old, he might blossom into something, but for now deserves little attention.
