Phoenix Suns Important NBA Finals Players: #8 Dario Saric

Let’s not get it twisted, Saric is one of the most efficient players on Phoenix’s roster. He knows the right time to pull up for a shot, the right time to be in the paint, and the right time to spread the floor.

He’s not a guy that is going to give you double-digit scoring every game, but he will be in the right place at the right time on the offensive end.

Saric is shooting 44 percent from outside the 3-point line this postseason—his best of his two playoff stints—which poises to create serious issues for Milwaukee’s defense. Being the efficient shooter that he is, Saric also allows the Suns to unclog the paint on offense for other guys to attack the rim, as opposing bigs need to evacuate the paint to close out on his jump shots.

Additionally, Saric even started the last time Phoenix played the Bucks, with the team looking to combat Milwaukee’s superior size. Especially if Antetokounmpo heals up, watch for the Suns to feed him more minutes this series than ever before.
