Phoenix Suns Important NBA Finals Players: #6 Mikal Bridges

Bridges clocks in as the fourth leading scorer for the Suns so far during these playoffs with 10.8 points per contest. But what makes Bridges so important is his defense.

He will give the Suns some much-needed points at one end, and lock up an opponent’s best player on the other. He is a player that should have made an all-defensive team, in my opinion.

It’s very probable Bridges will be matched up with Milwaukee’s Khris Middleton every minute he plays in each game. With Middleton playing so well lately, some have even called him the best player on the Bucks, rather than Antetokounmpo.

But Bridges is capable of shutting Middleton down, and once that is done—he and the Suns should have one less weapon on the Bucks to worry about, obviously making a monumental difference.
