Phoenix Suns Important NBA Finals Players: #1 Devin Booker
To start this off, having Booker as the most important player for the Suns is not to discredit Chris Paul in any way. But Booker has been the centerpiece for this team since this playoff run has begun.
The Suns are 10-2 whenever Booker scores 20 or more points, with two of those wins coming during Paul’s absence. Booker has shown the world that he can heat up at any given moment, and when he does—it means trouble for his opponent.
If he catches fire during the Finals, watch out Bucks. He is one of the best in the league at creating his own shot, along with creating shots for his teammates with his underrated passing abilities.
This makes him the top offensive threat for the Suns. Phoenix has to get Booker going, and find a way to keep him going in this best of seven series.
