Following a major Chris Paul trade, here’s how the Phoenix Suns starting lineup shakes out

The Phoenix Suns are in win-now mode for the foreseeable future. Finally finding a star to pair next to Devin Booker and Deandre Ayton, the addition of Chris Paul will surely place the Suns in the Western Conference Playoff conversation.

As if, after their incredible Disney Bubble performance, they weren’t already right there.

James Jones and the Suns made their move and made it clear that winning now with this team is the ultimate goal. The Suns flexed their ability to put assets in the right place at the right time to shine (Kelly Oubre Jr.) and sell when the moment was just right.

The Phoenix Suns starting lineup looks a bit different heading into next season. Pending changes due to injury, coaching philosophy, further trades and signings, and other potential adjustments, here’s the starting five you should expect to take the floor on opening night:

Dario Saric may take Johnson’s spot at the four, but that will depend on if the unrestricted free agent is re-signed or not.
