With the 8th pick in the draft and the 31st defense in the league, the Atlanta Hawks select small forward, Isaac Okoro, University of Auburn.
High IQ player, Isaac Okoro checks in at 6’6″, 225 pounds, and is actually a game-changing defender. Though he is a good finisher, Okoro is a misleading 51 percent field goal shooter as most of his points come in the paint, while he shoots 28 percent from deep.
Comparison: OG Anunoby, long-range? Andre Iguodala would be the hope.
