#11: San Antonio Spurs | Saddiq Bey

San Antonio is really in need of defense, but in this case, they can even get some reliable offense.

With the 11th pick, the San Antonio Spurs select Combo Forward Saddiq Bey, Villanova.

Saddiq Bey is a 6’8″, 215-pound combo forward that can come in and play both forward positions. He averaged 16 points and 5 rebounds a game while shooting 48% from the field and a very good 45% from the field.

He is actually the ideal 3 and D wing because he can play on both ends of the court, which the Spurs need. He’s a quality switch defender of multiple positions, a Coach Popovich kind of player.

Comparison:  Jae Crowder on the low end.
