Alec Burks is another veteran bucket getter that could work for the Phoenix Suns

The Philadelphia 76ers have essentially thrown in the towel. Without Ben Simmons, this team does not seem to gel and combine that with an underperforming highly-paid duo of Tobias Harris and Al Horford, and you get a likely first-round sweep.

Can the Phoenix Suns find someone to scavenge from the wreckage? What about Alec Burks? He is another one of those guys who has bounced around quite a bit in his NBA career, but the guy can absolutely fill it up. He had multiple 30-point games this season, one off the bench for the 76ers.

Most recently, he lit up the Suns in the bubble with 23 points in a losing effort. Burks is an unrestricted free agent and although the Sixers may want to re-sign him, they might not be able to.

The Suns need reliable bench scoring and Burks is a guy who could provide that for a team-friendly price.
