Mikal Bridges has taken his game to the next level

There isn’t an award for the most improved player since the hiatus, but if there were, it would go to Mikal Bridges. The man has been hitting on all facets of the game, being aggressive on offense and knocking down shots while still being the best defensive player on the court.

The Phoenix Suns were already a better team when he was on the court before, but now he has taken his game to the next level and there seemingly isn’t anything he can’t do (including pass the ball on a fast break but let’s not nitpick).

Bridges had 16 points, five rebounds, and most impressively, three blocks. He knocked down a couple of 3s and exuded the kind of confidence that only comes after sustained success. Bridges is a guy the Phoenix Suns need to keep around for years to come.
