Deandre Ayton hit a 3!

I purposely didn’t mention Ayton because I saved the best part of the game till the near end. Ayton shot and made a corner three.

The shot heard around the world!

That was the tipping point for the Suns as they almost began to sink with the Jazz turning up the defense and creating turnovers. The Suns held their own, even if it looked like it might get out of hand as the Jazz cut the lead down to five before Monty called a timeout.

The complaining and turnovers of Booker continued but the driving success of Bridges and Saric kept the Jazz from coming back. The Jazz cut it close a few more times but the Suns continued to move the ball and find the open shot. Pulling away in the 4th quarter with the starters looking on from the bench with shouts of joy, the second unit kept the pressure on the Jazz sealing the win.

That Deandre Ayton 3, though.
