Is there any chance we see Kelly Oubre?

I have to think there is little to no shot we see Kelly Oubre Jr. play in a competitive game while the Phoenix Suns are in Disney World, but stranger things have happened. He has been rehabbing from his knee injury and due to COVID-19, he likely hasn’t had the breadth of resources available to him for getting back to 100 percent as he might have otherwise.

Part of me wants to think a scrimmage game might be an opportunity for him to steal a couple of minutes just to see how he feels. He wouldn’t be obliged to go all out and it would serve as a decent test to see how his knee holds up.

The more practical side of me knows this is an unnecessary risk and thinks that if he were to make an appearance, it would be around game six of the remaining regular-season games when the Suns are 5-0 (maybe 4-1) and closing in on the 8th seed.

Ultimately, that is wishful thinking on all accounts.
