#4 Phoenix Suns random moment: The look on Dario Šarić’s face when arguing a call
Over the course of an NBA game, every player will undoubtedly argue with the referees at some point. Few are better at being more memorable without picking up technical fouls than Dario Šarić.
Šarić’s lack of athleticism seems to have a negative impact on the number of whistles he gets on the offensive end of the floor. Because he does not go flying through the air when he gets hit, it is far less noticeable, which is probably why he would usually make a face at the referees, like the one above, at least once a game.
What is best about the way he argues is that you can tell how genuine it is. Both the confusion and frustration are out in plain sight. As a fan watching at home, you can relate to this part of Dario’s argument. He is not off to the side, whispering into the ear of a referee, and there is something enjoyable about having the exact same reactions to the players playing the game.
