#5 Phoenix Suns random moment: Kelly Oubre/Devin Booker’s “too short” celebration
Kelly Oubre’s celebrations are so enjoyable, and it this case, they rubbed off a little bit on Devin Booker.
When one of the two has a strong finish around the rim, normally a dunk, one of them would let the defender know that he is ‘too small’ to guard them. Although it is not unique to just Booker and Oubre, seeing actual NBA players do it fairly often in a game is fun to watch.
The celebration/taunt is simple enough that it just requires pushing a flat hand down towards the floor. So little goes into it that it can be easy to miss on the broadcast.
This simplicity is what makes this moment so great and comes in as my fifth most missed random moment.
