Ricky Rubio: 81 Overall

Rubio rode the momentum of winning a gold medal and MVP award in the 2019 World Championships for Spain into his probably the best season of his nine-year NBA career, averaging a career-high 13.1 points to go along with 8.9 assists (he averaged 9.1 assists in 2016-17 in Minnesota).

Having his two-way ability, high-level basketball IQ and elite court vision clearly helped elevate the Suns offensive efficiency and was a welcome addition after languishing in point guard purgatory for almost two full seasons.

Rubio’s durability and streakiness as a shooter are what prevents him from being an all-star level point guard.

It all culminates to a slight bump, an 81.
