Kelly Oubre Jr: 82 Overall

“Tsunami Papi” has taken full advantage of his opportunity to shine in Phoenix from virtually day one and validated the Suns decision to re-sign him to a two-year, $30 million contract last summer.

He posted career-highs across the board with 18.7 points, 6.4 rebounds, 1.3 steals, 45.2% from the field and 35.2% from 3.

He clearly has elevated himself to be a top 70 to 85 player and will get another minor bump heading into 2K21.

I have him at an 82.
