#6: Booker Gets the Rookie-Peanut Treatment

Perpetrator: Suns players
Victim: Devin Booker

Even though Devin Booker is the face of the Phoenix Suns franchise now, back in 2016 he was just a budding rookie who had just been invited to participate in his first All-Star weekend, specifically in the 3-point contest.

What better way for his teammates to say congratulations than to christen the inside of his car with thousands of packaging peanuts? An NBA player classic.

Booker walked out to see his sports car filled to the brim with that awful invention that both keeps valuable safe from UPS and FedEx negligence but also is impossible to rid from your house. I think I found some packaging peanuts behind my couch the other day from 2011.

The best was Booker’s reaction. Instead of calling on someone from the arena for assistance, he and his friend just shoveled out what he could, and then drove off. I’m not sure what he did with it afterward, but the only right answer is to sell the car with the peanuts in it and buy new. It’s less painful that way.
