One potential trade the Phoenix Suns could make with every team in the NBA

The Denver Nuggets are making a solid push towards the Western Conference Finals and aren’t going to just give anything up willy-nilly. Not only that, but aside from the likes of Jamal Murray or Nikola Jokic (who Denver isn’t moving), there really isn’t anyone on the roster the Suns would want.
Therefore, Torrey Craig‘s expiring contract (which they would immediately waive) for Ty Jerome.
Yeah, Phoenix would be giving up on Jerome really early, but they don’t have time to develop a backup point guard and can use the additional cap space this offseason (Jerome is signed for three more years) on a veteran backup who can help right away.
If only Ryan McDonough had drafted either Murray or Jokic, then Denver might be calling Phoenix for players right now, and not the other way around…
