Kelly Oubre has been a constant source of energy all year long. His hustle, drive, and tenacity has been the most exhilarating aspect to watch about the Phoenix Suns this season. He has also knocked down some clutch 3s in the closing seconds of games.

It has led to career highs in points (17.7 per game), rebounds (5.8 per game) and steals (1.6 per game), and that is just what he has done in-game.

He has also started a pregame mosh pit ritual, created and led the Valley Boyz movement, and for some reason busts out push-ups in the middle of games. The man is high-octane all the time and it has been awesome.

But ask any party starter once the music shuts off and everyone leaves and they will tell you that over time, being the person who always has to bring the fun gets tiring after a while.

That’s why I’ve chosen a spa day for Tsunami Papi to recharge his batteries this Christmas break. He seems like a guy who would appreciate a long day getting massages, pedicures, and maybe even his fingernails painted.
