Devin Booker

Forearm Shields

Devin Booker, for the most part, has been doing this thing all season long. He leads the team in scoring at 24 per game and kept his assist numbers up even without serving as the primary ball handler at 6.1 per game.

As of late though, he has been a little off. He suffered a forearm contusion in the team’s first game against the Houston Rockets, missed the next three contests, and really hasn’t been the same since.

Against the Denver Nuggets, he really wasn’t even looking for his shot most of the game, something that surprised everyone.

The way I see it, forearm guards would help prevent future injury to this sensitive part of his body, and also make him look like the superhero he has been for the Phoenix Suns thus far in his career and the superhero they need him to be moving forward.

And if he’s not into superheroes, maybe some kind of regal warrior knight.

They even make cool, athletic-looking ones if aesthetics is a concern.

Booker will likely get back on track soon. His minor slump is likely a product of the injury and playing in the doldrums of a seven-game losing streak. Superhero forearm shields might help.
