After having a very beatable team in the Memphis Grizzlies come to town, the Phoenix Suns not a frustrating one, keeping them away from the 0.500 mark.
The Phoenix Suns started off the night with an incredibly impressive 11-0 run in the first couple minutes of the game. That lead quickly evaporated to a 14-13 deficit and it was tight the rest of the game until the Grizzlies pulled away late.
While those first two minutes looked like the Suns team fans have gotten to know, with plenty of movement, passing, and cutting, the rest of the game looked a bit ugly.
Shots weren’t falling and it seemed to affect the energy of the game. Even Frank Kaminsky fanned himself off and Kelly Oubre blew kisses into the air with less enthusiasm than they usually do after making a 3.
Still, they had a shot, but a series of very frustrating late whistles on questionable fouls were too much for the Suns to overcome.

That truism shouldn’t stop fans from being annoyed when they struggle, but it is good to take a minute to realize off-nights are bound to happen.
That being said, here are four frustrations from a game the Suns should have won.
