Peculiarity #5: That Insane Ending

Kelly Oubre Jr., the human .gif, got the ball after an offensive rebound on a Frank Kaminsky missed free throw and drained a much-needed 3-pointer, leading to a 5-point possession for the Suns.

He wasn’t finished.

His active hands got a steal down in the Hornet’s paint and after pushing the ball up the court, he drained another 3 to give the Suns the improbable lead.

And then…he still wasn’t finished.

Oubre forced a yet turnover immediately after that, essentially sealing the game for the Suns.

It was a wild finish to put it mildly, one that will float near the top of the season highlight real.

However, because it came after the Suns blew such a big lead, the natural reaction is more of an exhale than an exuberant celebration.

Ok, well, celebrate some too.
