Booker still making plays despite shooting woes

It is hard to ignore Devin Booker’s shooting slump through the first two games of the season. The man with All Star aspirations shot just 1 of 8 from deep Friday night, making him just 3 of 12 to start the season.

However, he is still averaging 20 points per game due to an aggressive scoring mentality, driving to the lane whenever he sees a the slightest opening.

On top of that, he has racked up 17 assists in the first two games, showing that the presence of Rubio hasn’t diminished his ability to make plays.

His shooting numbers will undoubtably improve to the mean. Combine that his early season playmaking and the Suns franchise player will just keep getting better.
