January

Wednesday. January 1 at L.A. Lakers

New year. Same Phoenix Suns. Similar to the Clippers, I think LeBron or A.D. will be watching this game from the bench. Either way I do not see the Suns winning this game, but they will compete till the end. (12-22)

Friday. January 3 New York Knicks

The Knicks visit the Suns for the first time this season. They will not want to come back anytime soon as the Suns win this game, and win it BIG! (13-22)

Sunday. January 5 Memphis Grizzlies

I am sorry for Memphis, another loss to Phoenix. (14-22)

Sunday. January 7 Sacramento Kings

The fourth meeting between the two teams will result in a Suns win and the series being split with two wins each. Wow – four games and done by the beginning of January. (15-22)

Friday. January 10 Orlando Magic

The fourth straight home game will result in the Phoenix Suns having some real momentum going. The train is not stopping they and win their fourth straight. (16-22)

Sunday. January 12 Charlotte Hornets

Remember that confidence boosting game I mentioned earlier? The Suns will hopefully be coming off of four straight wins and nothing will change here. (17-22)

Tuesday. January 14 at Atlanta Hawks

The Suns travel to Atlanta, and Booker and Ayton are putting up All-Star numbers. They manage to steal a win in Atlanta and head to New York. This leads to a six-game winning streak following a ten-game losing streak. (18-22)

Thursday. January 16 at New York Knicks

Madison Square Garden. The brighter the lights, the bigger the performance from our boys this year. Booker loves the atmosphere and he takes over late and win our seventh in a row. (19-22)

Saturday. January 18 at Boston Celtics

From Garden to Garden, the Suns go to the place where Booker scored 70 and still lost. The same will result here. Kemba and the Celtics will know what it is like to have a point guard the brings the team chemistry again. (19-23)

Monday. January 20 San Antonio Spurs

Nothing is worse than having Spurs fans chant “Let’s go Spurs” in your own Arena. I do not know if that will happen in this game, but the Spurs will win the game. (19-24)

Wednesday. January 22 Indiana Pacers

The Pacers upgraded their team tremendously this summer, and Victor Oladipo returns and will lead the Pacers to a top four seed in the East, and beat the Suns in this game. (19-25)

Friday. January 24 at San Antonio Spurs

The Spurs again. The second time in three games. At this point Devin Booker, Kelly Oubre, or Deandre Ayton will be nursing a minor injury and miss this game while the Suns lose to the Spurs again. (19-26)

Sunday. January 26 at Memphis Grizzlies

Another Memphis game. Another Suns win. (20-26)

Tuesday. January 28 at Dallas Mavericks

Ayton shows Suns fans why he was drafted instead of Luka, and the Suns go to Dallas and leave with a win. (21-26)

Friday. January 31 Oklahoma City Thunder

A Friday night home game against a Thunder team who really has no identity will result in the Suns third straight win. (22-26)
