Central Division

Chicago Bulls

The 21-61 Phoenix Suns swept the Bulls in 2017-18, however the 19-63 Suns were swept by Chicago last year.

Since then, James Jones has made wholesale changes to the roster while Chicago has only added Coby White, Thaddeus Young, and Tomas Satoransky, none of whom are all that  notable additions and likely will not be enough to keep the Bulls out of the league’s basement again.

In truth, I do not believe that the Chicago Bulls are going to be any good, and while I do believe that they have improved, and I do like several players on their roster including Lauri Markkanen, Otto Porter, Kris Dunn, and Zach LaVine, I’ll take Rubio, Booker, Ayton, and Kelly Oubre over their core in a heart beat.

Can the Suns sweep the Bulls this season?

That is a definite possibility, although I have to imagine that Chicago has improved enough with Phoenix and that the Suns will have one night of difficulty which will cause a slip.

Prediction: 1-1.
