One trade the Phoenix Suns could complete on draft day with every team

Philadelphia 76ers

The 76ers are one of those teams who does not have much in the way of what the Suns want – or what Philadelphia would be willing to part with.

I looked and looked, and while I am hopeful that the Suns are able to target Tobias Harris in free agency, the only thing I could come up with would be a simple trade of draft picks during the draft.

James Jones could offer the 32nd overall pick with Milwaukee’s 2020 first rounder for the Sixers’ 24th overall pick.

At that point, the Suns could basically take a flier on someone who plays a position between point guard and power forward, other than the position that was filled with their sixth overall pick.

Philadelphia gets minimal cap savings, but it might be enough (along with other moves) for them to re-sign Harris and keep their otherwise insane core of he, Ben Simmons, Joel Embiid, and Jimmy Butler.
