Indiana Pacers

Aaron Holiday had been connected to Phoenix in the 2018 NBA Draft as a potential target if the Suns had moved back into the first round.

Instead Ryan McDonough targeted Mikal Bridges and the rest is history.

Very early and still developing history.

If the Pacers do not see much of a history in Holiday, then perhaps James Jones could offer a second round pick swap, 32 for 50, plus a 2020 second round pick for him.

Phoenix gets a point guard of the…now (I really do not see Holiday being anything more than a backup and it’s not like the Pacers are cutting bait on a high draft pick after one season, they took him 23rd overall last year).

They got a glimpse, he’s not very good, and now the Suns get him, on a cheap deal, to run as their slightly better than Elie Okobo and De’Anthony Melton backup point guard.
