Number Four – Jrue Holiday

Jrue Holiday would be a very interesting addition to the Suns’ roster, and at 29-years-old he seems to get better and better every year.

As Brad put it in his piece, “Holiday is more of a combo guard than a point guard, but a backcourt with he and Booker is an exciting possibility for Phoenix.”

Coincidentally enough, John Gambadoro of Arizona Sports recently said that the Suns are looking for a combo guard, which if true, such a plan would instantly make Jrue a target.

However, Gambo has also recently said that he believes that New Orleans will build around Holiday and incoming superstar Zion Williamson, all but drawing the presumption that Jrue is untouchable.

Even if the Pelicans were willing to trade him, the sixth overall pick seems like a steep price still as Phoenix would basically be getting Jrue’s “30” years, and regardless of how god he is now, they would miss out on the bulk of his prime.

Review: Pass – although maybe not even by choice
