After a brutal stretch of games to start the season in October, the Phoenix Suns will look to pick things up in November. Will the schedule continue with more spooky and scary games, and will we be giving Thanksgiving for some more interesting games throughout the next month?

The Phoenix Suns will begin November when the Toronto Raptors visit Phoenix on Friday the 2nd. That will be their first of fifteen games in November, with eight coming at home. With the season recently underway there will be a new exciting element to nearly each game. Their full slate of games at home and on the road for November is as follows:

Home: Toronto Raptors, Memphis Grizzlies, Brooklyn Nets, Boston Celtics, San Antonio Spurs, Oklahoma City Thunder, Indiana Pacers, Orlando Magic

Away: New Orleans Pelicans, Oklahoma City Thunder, Philadelphia 79ers, Chicago Bulls, Milwaukee Bucks, Detroit Pistons, Los Angeles Clippers

One question to answer when looking at these is, what games will be the most intriguing or fun to watch? That does not necessarily mean playing a top team like the Warriors or Celtics, because lets face it: most of the time for the Suns those games end up being pretty unwatchable by halftime.

The elements of the game that would improve its “grade” or ranking could be an intriguing individual match-up within the game itself, or if the game is a test for the Phoenix Suns by playing a team that is in a similar position to them.

Obviously the quality of opponent plays a big part as well as if the team has changed a lot from last season.

The Suns finished 5-11 in November last season, of the five full months they played (only seven games in October and five games in April), it was their second winningest month of the season.

As the games get closer the narratives can change, or the intrigue of the game can be ruined by a last minute arranged resting or an unfortunate injury. For the time being though, there are several games for Phoenix Suns fans to look forward to in the month of November, winning them though, is a story for another day.
